Applications: Suitable for magnesium and magnesium alloy processing
products, plates, belts, tubes, rods, profiles and wire rods, as
well as alloy ingots and slabs.
Executive Standard: GB/T5153-2003 ASTM?B107/B107M-92 Conventional
product material: AZ31B, AZ91D, AZ61A, ZK60, ZK61 and so on.
Compared with cast magnesium alloys, semi-continuous casting
casting magnesium alloys are finer in structure, more uniform in
composition, denser in interior, and have higher strength and
higher elongation than cast magnesium alloys.
1 Through pipetting, secondary scouring, high purity and low
impurity, the magnesium liquid is poured directly from the heating
and holding furnace to rapidly crystallize, which improves the
denseness of the internal metallographic structure of the magnesium
rod, and the internal crystal is more reasonable and compact.
Physical properties It is also greatly enhanced over traditional
cast products.
2 The slag content of flux in molded products tends to be zero,
that is, the semi-continuous alloy adopts the new inert gas
protection device in the current magnesium smelting industry, which
changes the smelting process in the traditional process to be
completely exposed to the air, and can only rely on flux and other
flame retardants. The material is the most flame-retardant method
in magnesium molding products, which greatly reduces the flux slag
content and improves product quality.
3 The surface is smooth and clean, no air hole, shrinkage hole,
slag inclusion.
4 Flexible length and length, existing specifications Φ 93, Φ 112,
Φ 170, Φ 212, Φ 217, Φ 230, can be stripped and cut according to
user requirements. In addition, other products with different
specifications can also be produced to meet customer requirements.

5 It is also possible to semi-continuously cast a variety of
magnesium alloy flat bars (eg: 200mm x 500mm thick)
